Fix a possible NULL pointer dereference when trying to readSomething's fishy here.
hwmon sysfs entries associated to NVMe-oF devices that were
hot-removed or disconnected.
Unregister the NVMe hwmon device upon controller teardown
(nvme_stop_ctrl()).
