[PATCH] mm/hugetlb: Remove redundant VM_BUG_ON_PAGE on putback_active_hugepage()

[Miaohe Lin]

PageHead(page) is implicitly checked in set_page_huge_active() via the
PageHeadHuge(page) check. So remove this explicit one.
