It's ~2:1 when using S_IRUGO

$ git grep debugfs_create_file drivers/ | grep S_IRUGO | grep -v S_IFREG | wc -l
109
$ git grep debugfs_create_file drivers/ | grep S_IRUGO | grep S_IFREG | wc -l
48
