[PATCH] mm/page_alloc: Add a bulk page allocator -fix -fix -fix

Vlastimil Babka noted that a comment is wrong, fix it. This is the third
fix to the mmotm patch mm-page_alloc-add-a-bulk-page-allocator.patch.
