Unless there's something non-obvious going on here, I'd think just
linux/irqreturn.h and linux/types.h would suffice for this header? (I
don't see any lists or notifiers or bools, anyway.)

Ah, I guess eventually patch #8 adds a list_head, but I suppose it'd be
preferable to add the list.h #include in that patch instead of this one.
