[PATCH 23/34] docs: i2c: avoid using ReSt :doc:`foo` markup

[Mauro Carvalho Chehab]

The :doc:`foo` tag is auto-generated via automarkup.py.
So, use the filename at the sources, instead of :doc:`foo`.
