[PATCH 3/6] arm64: dts: qcom: sm8250-edo: Enable PCIe

[Konrad Dybcio]

Enable PCIe0 (Wi-Fi) and 2 (SDX55m) interfaces and PHYs and assign relevant
pins and regulators.
