Yes it is. I went back and forth about 'cal_l', but in the end the
only value it is ever set to is 0x44, which is also what the default

I looked at dispcc-sm8250 for inspiration, but upon further
investigation I'm not finding the corresponding gdsc
(disp_cc_mdss_core_gdsc) for sm8250.
Either way, I'm happy to add this flag, but I don't know if it would
be correct to add.

After sending this series out Jonathan pointed me to his series
implementing dispcc support for sm8350, which is a lot more minimal.
His series does not implement videocc support, so that remains to be
done.
