[PATCH 19/70] mxser: make xmit ring buffer variables unsigned

Make the xmit ring buffer pointers and counter (xmit_head, xmit_tail,
xmit_cnt) unsigned. Now, the assumptions for the compiler are clear --
they cannot be negative.
