[PATCH 1/6] mm/z3fold: define macro NCHUNKS as TOTAL_CHUNKS - ZHDR_CHUNKS

To improve the code readability, we could define macro NCHUNKS as
TOTAL_CHUNKS - ZHDR_CHUNKS. No functional change intended.
