[GIT PULL] SCSI fixes for 5.14-rc4

Seven fixes, five in drivers. The two core changes are a trivial
warning removal in scsi_scan.c and a change to rescan for capacity when
a device makes a user induced (via a write to the state variable)
offline->running transition to fix issues with device mapper.
