Does that quirk match machines with mce_flags.smca=1 per chance?

should be

+	if ((m->mcgstatus & (MCG_STATUS_EIPV|MCG_STATUS_RIPV)) ==
			    (MCG_STATUS_EIPV|MCG_STATUS_RIPV))
+		return;

methinks.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the erratum ofc...
