[PATCH] rbtree: Remove unneeded check condition in rb_find_first

the variable c is int type, so change the following condition

	 if (c <= 0) {

	 }
	 else if (c > 0) {

	 }
as:
	 if (c <= 0) {

	 }
	 else {

	 }
