[PATCH] Provider/rxe: Allocate rxe/ib objs by calloc

[Shunsuke Mie]

Some rxe/ib objects are allocated by malloc() and initialize manually
respectively. To prevent a bug caused by memory uninitialization, this
patch change to use calloc().
