I understand, but the first user of your driver that connects a
YUV-capable sensor will be very disappointed, as debugging the fact
that the DT identifier is silently set to 0 will be quite painful (as
if I'm not mistaken fields not initialized in a designated initializer
list are set to 0).
As the DT identifiers are defined by the CSI-2 specification and will
not change, I think you can safely add it here.
