[PATCH] f2fs: avoid EINVAL by SBI_NEED_FSCK when pinning a file

[Jaegeuk Kim]

Android OTA failed due to SBI_NEED_FSCK flag when pinning the file. Let's avoid
it since we can do in-place-updates.
