I see. Can you try adding something like:
ARCH_APIDIR := $(abspath ../../../../arch/$(SRCARCH)/include/uapi)
and then add -I$(ARCH_APIDIR) to BPF_CFLAGS?
Please let me know if that works for your cross-compilation case.
