There is a Parallel Audio Interface between of hdmi TX and audio subsystem.
This PAI includes IEC60958 component muxing, BPreamble decoding,
and intermediate storage to queue results prior to being passed to the HDMI TX GPA Interface.
PAI is part of HDMI subsystem, so it is more reasonable to be enable/disable in HDMI driver.
I will move those callbacks to dw_hdmi_plat_data.
