[PATCH 110/128] KVM: selftests: Use vm_create_with_vcpus() in max_guest_memory_test

Use vm_create_with_vcpus() in max_guest_memory_test and reference vCPUs
by their 'struct kvm_vcpu' object instead of their ID.
