Why not use another stringifying macro?

Maybe something like:

#define gfpflag_string(GFP) \
{(__force unsigned long)GFP, #GFP)}

#define __def_gfpflag_names \
gfp_flag_string(GFP_TRANSHUGE), \
etc...
