[PATCH] tty: Remove pointless synchronize_irq() in uart_port_shutdown()

Calling synchronize_irq() after free_irq() is pointless, the context to
the irq is already lost.
It was noticed while creating the bugfix "genirq: Synchronize interrupt 
thread startup".
