[RESEND PATCH 7/9] arm64: bcmbca: Merge ARCH_BCM4908 to ARCH_BCMBCA

Delete ARCH_BCM4908 platform Kconfig for BCM4908 SoC and move its
selection to ARCH_BCMBCA.
