I think it would be better we don't duplicate common code segment across
different binaries, especially when the common core driver could be a bigger
part.

This could be done inside sysconfig core, for the interfaces between

OK. So for now there is no evidence we could reconfigure FPGA by page write,
then the burst_write flag is not needed either.
