Well, simple

+       GUEST_ASSERT_EQ(vmreadz(VM_EXIT_REASON), EXIT_REASON_EXCEPTION_NMI);
+       GUEST_ASSERT_EQ((vmreadz(VM_EXIT_INTR_INFO) & 0xff), NMI_VECTOR);

seems to be working (passing) so why not :-)
