Don't access the skb->data like that, you probably want to take a look
at skb_pull_data which does check the length.

If you are going to handle certain events directly by the driver it is
probably a good idea to clone it, that said there exists some means to
actually handle the events generated as response to commands, just use
hci_cmd_sync_queue then use __hci_cmd_sync which will return you the
skb of the event, that way you don't have to keep extra logic to
intercept certain events.
