[PATCH] drm: panel: visionox: add backlight dependency

The newly added driver uses the backlight subsystem but is missing the
corresponding Kconfig dependency:

panel-visionox-vtdr6130.c:(.text+0xdee): undefined reference to `devm_backlight_device_register'
