My team, ITUGLIB, is building 2.40.0 for NonStop ia64 and x86 and will be available soon (2-3 days) in the usual place at https://ituglib.connect-community.org/apps/Ituglib/SrchOpenSrcLib.xhtml. Please see Google Groups comp.sys.tandem for further announcements.
