[PATCH v2] scripts/gdb: Bail early if there are no generic PD

Avoid generating an exception if there are no generic power domain(s)
registered:
(gdb) lx-genpd-summary
domain status children
/device runtime status
----------------------------------------------------------------------

(gdb) quit
