[PATCH -next 1/3] md/dm-raid: fix that 'reconfig_mutex' is not released from error path in raid_ctr()

In the error path 'bad_stripe_cache' and 'bad_check_reshape',
'reconfig_mutex' is still held after raid_ctr() returns.
