[PATCH v1] drivers/scsi: mpt3sas: fix parameter check in two functions

Make IS_ERR() judge the debugfs_create_dir() and debugfs_create_file()
 function return in mpt3sas_init_debugfs() and mpt3sas_setup_debugfs().
