Build tested with LLVM 14 and 15 using:
BUILD_BPF_SKEL=1 LIBCLANGLLVM=1 LLVM_CONFIG=llvm-config-14
BUILD_BPF_SKEL=1 LIBCLANGLLVM=1 LLVM_CONFIG=llvm-config-15
