[PATCH] acpi,mm: fix typo sibiling -> sibling

First found this typo as reviewing memory tier code. Fix it by sed like:
$ sed -i 's/sibiling/sibling/g' $(git grep -l sibiling)

so the acpi one will be corrected as well.
