[PATCH v4 0/3] Add new channels for adis16475

    - adapted IIO_DELTA_ANGL scale accordingly for radians
    - removed ADIS16500_BURST_DATA_SEL definition and called FIELD_PREP directly
    - moved flag definitions above flags field
    - broke long line in two
