[PATCH v3 3/3] arm64: dts: ti: k3-am69-sk: Add bootph-all property

[Apurva Nandan]

Add bootph-all property for all the nodes that are used in SPL stage
along with later boot stages.

These bootph-all property will be synced later to u-boot k3-am69 dts.
