I think it would help to highlight the new RFTYPE_DEBUG flag.

	Add "-o debug" option to mount resctrl filesystem in debug mode.
	When in debug mode resctrl displays files that have the new
	RFTYPE_DEBUG flag to help resctrl debugging.
