[PATCH 2/2] dt-bindings: usb: snps,dwc3: Add 'xhci-sg-trb-cache-size-quirk'

Add a new 'xhci-sg-trb-cache-size-quirk' DT quirk to dwc3 core
for preventing xhci hang issue while using SG buffers.
