[PATCH 1/1] RISC-V: add IPI tracepoints
From: Yong-Xuan Wang
Date: Mon Jan 15 2024 - 02:13:02 EST
The strings used to list IPIs in /proc/interrupts are reused for tracing
purposes. Also slightly clean up the code by removing send_ipi_single().
