This was a mistake on my part.
It should be:
ICE_FLOW_HASH_GTP_U_IPV(4|6)_TEID -> ICE_FLOW_HASH_GTP_C_IPV(4|6)_TEID
(At the same time, I will change ICE_FLOW_HASH_GTP_TEID to
ICE_FLOW_HASH_GTP_C_TEID, which is clearer.)
