[PATCH 08/31] arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996-*: Remove thermal zone polling delays

[Konrad Dybcio]

All of the thermal zone suppliers are interrupt-driven, remove the
bogus and unnecessary polling that only wastes CPU time.
