[PATCH v1 4/4] docs: stable-kernel-rules: remove code-labels tags

From: Thorsten Leemhuis
Date: Thu Apr 11 2024 - 01:25:33 EST

reduce noise.

Intentionally the last patch in the series to make it easy to skip in
case Jonathan or someone else points out there is a reason for these
tags.
