I'll split this into a separate preparatory patch, modify all the callers
to use new function clear_young_dirty_ptes(), and then remove mkold_ptes().

It makes sense to me. I'll consider calling ptep_test_and_clear_young() in
the loop only when CYDP_CLEAR_YOUNG is set to avoid any regression.
