[PATCH] docs: rust: introduce the new kernel.org LLVM+Rust toolchains

These combined LLVM+Rust toolchains are now available, thanks to Nathan
Chancellor (ClangBuiltLinux).

Thus introduce them in the Rust Quick Start guide.
