[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: add myself to DRM/STi maintainers

[Raphael Gallais-Pou]

In lights of recent events and my will to participate in the Linux
kernel development I see this opportunity to add myself, and help Alain
as maintainer for the DRM/STi drivers.
