[PATCH] jfs: UBSAN: shift-out-of-bounds in dbFindBits

When nb = 32, `mask = mask >> nb` or shorthand `mask >>= nb` throws
shift-out-of-bounds warning.
`mask = (mask >> nb)` removes that warning.
