[PATCH v3 03/25] rust: alloc: rename `KernelAllocator` to `Kmalloc`

[Danilo Krummrich]

Subsequent patches implement `Vmalloc` and `KVmalloc` allocators, hence
align `KernelAllocator` to this naming scheme.
