[PATCH 1/2] iommu/amd: Introduce struct gcr3_tbl_info.giov

[Suravee Suthikulpanit]

To track DTE[GIOV] programming during IOMMU domain attach, also add logic
to determine if the GIOV is required, and set the variable accordinglly.
