On a rk3588-tiger with matching MESA build and 
"RUSTICL_ENABLE=panfrost clpeak"

Tested-by: Heiko Stuebner <heiko@xxxxxxxxx>

Without this change, clpeak fails with
	clCreateCommandQueue (-35)
