[PATCH v2] drm/meson: switch to a managed drm device

Switch to a managed drm device to cleanup some error handling
and make future work easier.

Fix dereference of NULL in meson_drv_bind_master by removing
drm_dev_put(drm) before meson_encoder_*_remove and
component_unbind_all where drm is dereferenced.

Co-developed by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org).
