[PATCH 1/2] dt-bindings: display: panel: Add Samsung AMS581VF01

The Samsung AMS581VF01 is a 5.81 inch 1080x2340 MIPI-DSI CMD mode
OLED panel used in Google Pixel 4a (sm7150-google-sunfish)

Add a dt-binding for it.
