[PATCH 2/3] LoongArch: Select HAVE_POSIX_CPU_TIMERS_TASK_WORK

[Huacai Chen]

Move POSIX CPU timer expiry and signal delivery into task context to
allow PREEMPT_RT setups to coexist with KVM.
